Located in a private and secure residential area with 24/7 security, our 3-level residence offers 4 bedrooms equipped for your relaxation and rest.

Thanks to its location you can easily access the main avenues of the city, cafés, supermarkets and more. It is 5 min. from Plaza Las Americas, 10 min. from Puerto Cancun and the entrance to the Hotel Zone, 15 min. from the main ferries to Isla Mujeres and 25 min. approx. from Cancun Airport.

The accommodation

The house is designed with anticyclonic measures and security elements to guarantee a comfortable stay in any season of the year.

It has 4 bedrooms spread over 3 levels. Gym area and private garage for two vehicles.

- Bedroom 1 on the first floor - with queen size bed and terrace.
- Bedroom 2 and 3 on the first level - with king-size bed, hammock and office; and queen size bed and half balcony.
- Bedroom 4 on the second level - with queen size bed, exterior view and full balcony.

For your convenience, access to the gated community has electric gates, upon arrival, you will need to request access to enter the community. Once inside, you will be able to check in to the house independently.

Inside the lodge, you will have a remote control to open and close the gate for vehicular access. It is important to keep it in good condition, as it has a value of $100 USD in case of loss or damage. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you agree to accept this charge if the remote control is damaged.

On the day of check-out, please leave the remote control in the same place where you found it. Remember that to open the gate on your departure, you only need to press the button that says “Exit”. Thank you for your cooperation!

• Additional blankets are available upon request at fixed times. Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am - 22:00 pm, and Friday to Sunday from 7:30 am - 23:00 pm.
• We respond in less than 30 min.
• Transportation to and from the airport can be included for an extra fee.
• Pool maintenance will be performed on Mondays and Saturdays only. On a fixed schedule from 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. by our professional staff (Olmer de Dios Lorenzo and Jesus Alvarez).
• To ensure that only staff has access to the property, you will receive a code word. When the staff arrives, they will tell you the code word so they can enter and do their job.
• For emergencies, contact the number on your reservation.
• We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, and to keep our space sustainable, we ask you to use the A/C in a responsible way. Remember to turn it off when you leave the apartment, otherwise there will be a charge of $500 MXN per day. Thank you for collaborating and enjoying a sustainable way!
