It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a charming terrace in the backyard. Just 5 minutes from Costco and 15 minutes from Las Perlas beach in the Hotel Zone. Close to supermarkets, banks, plazas and convenience stores.

Located on the ground floor, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one inside the master bedroom). Living room, pool, dining room, kitchen and a terrace in the backyard equipped with garden tables and chairs.

Other notable aspects

• Extra blankets or blankets are available upon request at fixed times from Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am - 10:00 pm, and from Friday to Sunday from 7:30 am - 11:00 pm.
• We respond in less than 30 minutes.
• Pool maintenance will be carried out only on Mondays and Saturdays. At a fixed time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm by our professional team (Olmer de Dios Lorenzo and Jesús Álvarez)
• To ensure that only staff have access to the property, you will receive a code word. When the staff arrives, they will tell you the word so they can come in and do their job.
• If you are looking to complement your experience in Cancun with Tours and Excursions, you can quote directly with us and receive special prices.
• For emergencies, contact the number on your reservation.
